When you use our website, technical information may be collected automatically by our hosting and service providers, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and approximate location based on IP address.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and communicate about a property or business relationship.
- To evaluate land, conduct due diligence, prepare or administer transactions, and coordinate title or closing services.

Text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and consent to text communications, we may send conversational messages related to your inquiry, a property, or an existing business relationship.
